In order to complete your visa application you are going to
need the following information and documents:
- The immigration information documents from Disney that you have downloaded via the big blue button in your offer letter.
- Your DS-2019 form (Disney will courier this to you via Fed Ex)
- Personal Information: Name, Contact Details, Date of Birth
- Your home address and postal address (if it’s different to your home address)
- Your Passport
- Information about previous visas you have been issued for the United States of America (if applicable)
- A digital copy of your visa photograph (see photo requirements HERE)
- Personal details for both your Mother and Father including Full Name, Date of Birth and Place of Birth.
- Details of any relatives you have that currently live in the United States of America
- Details for your school/university/tafe (name, address, phone number etc)
- Details for your place of employment (name, address, phone number, weekly income etc)
- Details (Name, address, phone number) of two contacts who can verify that the information you have provided is correct. They cannot be related to you but otherwise they can be just about anyone (friend, godparent, employer, colleague etc).
- Your diary/planner/availability over the next few weeks (for when you’re booking your interview)
You will also need:
- A computer with a good internet connection
- A printer, printer ink and paper
- A credit card in order to pay the required fees
- I’d also recommend a quiet place and plenty of time (and maybe some chocolate sustenance!)
